Serves 6

• 3 cups thin sliced cucumbers
• 1 cup Marconi Robusto Dressing
• 1/2 cup sliced onions
• 1/4 cup finely diced red peppers
• salt & pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients thoroughly.  Chill
