Spicy Chicken Salad
serves 4-6
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups Marconi French Dressing
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cooked, drained pasta (small cuts)
- 3 chopped hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 tbl pickle relish
- salt & pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Chill at least 2 hrs.
