Shrimp Pasta Salad
serves 6
- 2 cups cooked &de-veined shrimp
- 2 cups cooked & drained pasta (rotini, shell, elbo, etc.)
- 1 cup Marconi Primavera Dressing
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 1 tbl sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbl diced sweet onion
- 1 tbl granulated sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients well. Chill at least 2 hrs.
