Baked Chicken
3 - 3 1/2lb. chicken(whole)
1/2 bottle Marconi Dijon Dressing
350º F oven
Baste initally; then every 30 minutes for 2 hours or until done

Marinated Chicken Halves
3 - 3 1/2lb. chicken (split in half)
1/2 bottle(4oz.) Marconi Dijon Dressing for each chicken half.
Marinate chicken in covered dish in refrigerator overnite
Bake chicken halves at 350º F for 1 1/4
hours or broil at lower level for 30 minutes

Ranch Stew - serves 6-8
1 lb. hamburger
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 lb. can baked beans (pork & beans)
1 lb. can whole kernel corn
6 oz. Marconi Dijon Dressing
1 tsp. salt
Brown hamburger slightly. Drain liquid. Add celery & bell pepper -
simmer for 2 - 3 min. Add corn, beans, dressing & salt. Mix well -
cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Pasta Salad - serves 6
2 cups cooked & cooled pasta (rotini, shell, elbo, etc.)
4 oz. diced ham
2 oz. pickle relish
4 oz. half & half cream
4 oz. Marconi Dijon Dressing
Blend all ingredients well. Chill.

Steak Diane
Marinate beef steaks in Marconi Dijon Dressing overnight in refrigerator.
Pan fry or broil for desired doneness. No other seasoning required.
